WILLOWVALE- Siniko Bulana a 32 year old Gqom Gospel artist from Willowvale currently based in Mthatha is making waves in the music industry. Born into a family that loves God Siniko’s passion for music was evident from a young age.
He recalls his parents saying that he loved singing when he was young.
In 2012 Siniko started working on his first album collaborating with producer Kamva Mcinga and artists Malizole Fololo and Bethusile Mcinga. The album’s success was swift with Siniko hearing his own tracks playing on national radios. This early success came without major challenges making 2012 a lucky year for him.
Few years later Bhulana released his second album again working with Kamva Mcinga, Bethusile and Malizole. Since moving to Mthatha he then collaborated with Master Dee on an album and is currently working on Gqom Gospel projects.
Siniko’s drive is palpable as he pushes himself in his music projects.
Looking ahead Bhulana sees himself at a higher level in the next five years due to his dedication to music, “I am working so hard to make sure that I put my name at the top of the map,” he said envisioning himself as a good example for upcoming artists.
