EAST LONDON- The 18th Annual ICT Summit hosted on 20th November 2024 at East London International Convention Centre(EL ICC) has brought together some of the most innovative and forward-thinking companies in the industry.
Director of Yebo ICT Bongani Ndlebe, a Gqeberha-based company, is among the attendees at the 18th Annual ICT Summit in East London. Ndlebe, who hails from Port Alfred, is hoping to make valuable connections and secure potential business opportunities at the summit.
“After this summit, I’m hoping to see a return on investment, I’m looking forward to networking opportunities, meeting stakeholders and potentially securing new business deals. This summit is a great opportunity for us to showcase our services and connect with like-minded individuals who share our passion for ICT,” Ndlebe said.
The Managing Director at EC Internet Luvo Grey said, “We provide WiFi to townships and rural areas we have a network in Mdantsane and our expansion plan is to extend our services around Mthatha. At today’s summit, I hope to achieve increased brand presence.”

According to Director Nqabisa Mazizi, IT4ServDel was founded by an ICT professional with a passion for using technology to drive positive change. “Our company was established to address real business challenges in both the private and public sectors,” Mazizi explained.
Managing Director of Park Assist Zuko Zenani, based in East London, unveiled the company’s cutting-edge digital parking system at the 18th Annual ICT Summit. The innovative solution is designed to streamline parking experiences in public spaces.
According to Zenani, the digital parking system is an intuitive app that enables motorists to identify vacant and occupied parking lots in real time. The app also features a payment system for fines, allowing users to settle penalties seamlessly using the same platform.
“Our goal is to implement this system in public parking spaces, making it easier and more convenient for motorists to find parking and manage their payments,” Zenani explained.
Managing Director of Tech Innovators Hub Thando Vimba is on a mission to connect rural communities to the digital world.Based in Mthatha, the hub provides internet access and WiFi hotspots to underserved communities, empowering them with digital skills.
Vimba is proud of the impact the hub is having on the local community. “We currently have 15 interns on board and we plan to incorporate five of them into our team. Our goal is to equip rural communities with the digital skills they need to succeed in today’s technology-driven world,” Vimba said.
With a renewed focus on driving digital transformation in the Eastern Cape, these companies are poised to make a lasting impact on the region’s economy and communities.
