GQEBERHA– Navigating parenthood can be overwhelming but a local health initiative is stepping in to offer support, guidance and a strong sense of community. Loving Hands Private Clinic will be hosting its inaugural ‘Mommy & Daddy Conversations‘ event and podcast launch on 27 September 2025 at The Beach Hotel in Gqeberha.

Spearheaded by clinic founder and professional Nurse Sister Sbongile Ntleko, the event brings together a panel of top-tier professionals, including experts in psychiatry, pediatrics, nutrition, midwifery, occupational therapy and fitness. The goal? To empower parents with practical knowledge and emotional support to build healthier, stronger families.
“We want to shift the focus from just the individual patient or the mother and highlight the vital roles that fathers, partners and families play in shaping health outcomes,” said Sister Ntleko.
The event is designed as a safe and inclusive space where parents can share experiences, ask questions and gain valuable insights from trusted professionals. The launch of the ‘Mommy & Daddy Conversations’podcast will further this mission, offering ongoing expert-led discussions on physical, emotional and mental well-being.

“Parents who often feel alone, judged or uncertain about their parenting journey were the inspiration behind starting this podcast,” Ntleko added.

More than just a clinic initiative, ‘Mommy & Daddy Conversations’ reflects a broader vision to cultivate open communication within families and empower parents with the tools they need to thrive.
Furthermore, Sister Ntleko emphasised that the event and the podcast will serve as platforms to challenge myths, validate lived experiences and share evidence-based guidance. As parenting continues to evolve in a complex modern world, Loving Hands Private Clinic hopes to provide a reliable map and a loving hand to guide the way.
