In the heart of Ginsberg, Sibongile Ngcese the mastermind behind Marvellous Bakes is making a name for herself with her delectable treats. Sibongile’s passion for baking is evident in every aspect of her work.
“I specialize in baking cakes, scones, cookies and yes they are all freshly baked,” she revealed. When asked about her ingredients she emphasized the importance of using premium quality flour, eggs, butter, milk and other essential ingredients to ensure her baked goods are not only delicious but also of high quality.
Sibongile’s love affair with baking began long before she turned it into a business. “Growing up I used to bake with my grand aunt, that’s where I learnt to bake most things and I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember,” she said.
However, it wasn’t until 2017 that she decided to turn her passion into a career launching Marvellous Bakes as a business. What sets Sibongile apart from other bakers is her commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
“I ensure the quality of the ingredients and maintain that quality throughout the production process until delivery and I also have very strict hygiene standards,” she said.
In addition to her delicious baked goods, Sibongile offers delivery upon request and has a WhatsApp line where customers can inquire or place orders.
