WILLOWVALE- A hilarious video of a grandmother’s response to her grand-daughter’s invitation to attend church has taken social media by surprise. The clip was shared on TikTok by user @mamntlane4 and has over 641,000 views with many users praising the granny’s raw honesty and humor.
In the video Savelelo the feisty granny is asked by her granddaughter to attend a nearby church service. However, Savelelo politely declines explaining that she has never been to church and doesn’t see the point in starting now.
When pressed for more information, Savelelo reveals that she has never attended school or church, instead opting for traditional Xhosa gatherings known as umtshotsho when she was younger. She also humorously adds that she loves God but doesn’t speak with Him because she has never seen Him.
