Growing up in Middeldrift, at Lugudwini the founder of Style E-Bikes(Electronic Bicycles)Mzingisi Mangqukela’s(24) curiosity and thirst for knowledge drove him to explore the world beyond his village. His journey to China in 2023 made him think beyond the world.
This young-man also highlighted the significant gap in the South African market for affordable e-bikes, “Currently e-bikes available in South Africa come with a hefty price tag of approximately R50,000.00 which is out of reach for most young people, our bikes offer a convenient and affordable solution for getting to school and work,” he explained.

Additionally that’s not all these intelligent bikes will also feature a voice-activated system that is similar to Siri, that will recognize and respond to the rider’s voice commands.
