GQEBERHA- The Mello Agency a Gqeberha based production house behind the popular YouTube sitcom ‘SugarMama,’ has made a heartfelt plea for support from government and private institutions.
In an open letter, Director Liya Nqaba appealed for donations of industry-standard equipment to aid in the production of high-quality content.

The Mello Agency, comprising over 20 talented members, recently achieved a significant milestone by obtaining National Certification in Film and Television Production. Despite their dedication to storytelling and community upliftment, the production house faces substantial challenges due to limited resources.

Director Liya Nqaba appealed, “We are not seeking financial assistance, but rather the donation of equipment that would make a significant difference in our productions, your support would be invaluable in empowering us to reach our full potential as creators.”
The Mello Agency is committed to producing content that showcases their creativity and passion for storytelling. With the support of government and private institutions, they aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of many South Africans.
The Eastern Cape Daily News wishes the Mello Agency all the best in their endeavors and hopes that their plea will be heard by potential supporters.
